Viper Suite is built around open-source transparency first: inspect the code, verify behavior, and deploy your way. Run it on your own infrastructure with full control over data and operations.
# clone the repository git clone https://github.com/serpens-tech/viper-suite.git cd viper-suite # start everything docker compose up -d # then follow README for access and setup details
Viper Suite ships with two apps that share one backend and database in a fully self-hosted setup.
Task & to-do management
Income & expense tracking
All clients connect to your own deployment. Build from source anytime — the full code is public.
Running the server is recommended — it unlocks the full synergy between Crossed Viper and Leaf Viper, with shared accounts, automatic budget entries from completed finance tasks, and access from any client. All you need is Docker and Git.
If you prefer not to run a server, desktop and Android apps can store all data locally on the device as an alternative.
git clone https://github.com/serpens-tech/viper-suite.git && cd viper-suite
docker compose up -d — starts the FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL database.
